ACCC accepts ANF submission for Authorisation

The ANF applied to the ACCC for re-authorisation earlier this year, so it can negotiate with suppliers on behalf of members.

The ACCC is now proposing to grant the ANF re-authorisation to connectively bargain on behalf of members, for ten years.

At this point suppliers have the opportunity to respond before the ACCC confirms the authorisation
