The Australian Newsagents’ Federation is excited to announce the most recent addition to the HUBBED service, launching in December 2015.
For the first time ever, HUBBED newsagents can now offer International Parcels, as a result of HUBBED’s partnership with SingPost and Couriers Please. HUBBED newsagents will be able to send parcels to over 220 countries around the world for customers, with both a ‘Saver’ and ‘Priority’ service, just in time for Christmas.
This is the only consumer retail parcel service with the capacity to send parcels overseas outside of Australian Post, and the only parcel delivery service exclusive to newsagencies.
ANF CEO Alf Maccioni said, “Customers will now have access to international parcel post via their local newsagency. Seven days a week; with extended hours, all at a very competitive rate where the customer will save a considerable amount of money—Over $100 can be saved on cost of sending a 10KG parcel to Europe.
“This is a big win for consumers. No longer will they wait in lengthy queues; HUBBED is an easy, no fuss, parcel service.
“It’s coming into a very busy period for parcel delivery, and we’re excited to provide this service within our newsagencies. Competitive rates, no lines, and with no fuss delivery—HUBBED is a better way for parcel delivery—and a win for all Australians!” Mr Maccioni said.
